Welcome to my blog! I'm James, a Principal Technologist at AND Digital. I'm an engineering leader who can work either building and designing your product, guiding architecture or actually "doing the do" as an Engineer.

I've worked with some of the biggest FTSE250 businesses in the UK in a variety of different domains, from e-commerce to broadcasting, and government to the automotive industries. From large multi-nationals to startups. I'm a full-stack engineer who specialises in building complex back-end scalable systems. I'm a polyglot at heart. With 20+ years experience as a developer I have significant experience working in all kinds of environments.

Alongside consulting with AND Digital, I also work as a Non-Executive Director for startups.
